Every week, you'll have a training programme in the Trainerize app, personalised to you, updated as you progress, accessible whenever you need it.

Once a week, we'll jump on a Zoom call. Not a check-in for the sake of it, a proper conversation about how the week went, what's coming up, and what needs to adjust.

Between calls, I'm on WhatsApp. If something comes up, you're not waiting until next week to figure it out.

Your programming is reviewed regularly, so it keeps moving with you, not a static plan you outgrow after six weeks.
