Some businesses have the wrong systems.

CONSULTANCY

Most have the right systems being run by the wrong version of themselves.

WHAT I BRING

Whether you're a founder trying to get out of your own way, or an organisation building something from the ground up, the work starts in the same place.

Understanding what's actually creating the friction. Over a decade inside health, wellness and fitness. Multi-site operations. Private equity environments.

Leadership teams under real pressure. I've built systems that had to work at scale, 97% client retention, 400+ clients, seven sites across London. I've rebuilt onboarding from scratch, supported leadership teams through growth, and designed operational infrastructure that held up when things got hard. I've also sat with solo founders trying to figure out why a business that should work, doesn't.

The scale changes, the approach doesn't.

RECENT WORK

Client journey and referral architecture

A business run by one person, talented, busy, losing potential clients in the gaps between first contact and conversion. We mapped the full client journey, found where people were falling out, and built a referral and onboarding flow that worked without adding more to her plate. She left knowing exactly what happened to every enquiry, and why.

Wellness development, central London: concept to pitch

Brought in at concept stage for a major wellbeing space in the heart of London. Took it from idea through spatial design, contractor sourcing and a full consortium pitch. Currently in development.

HOW I WORK

There's no standard package. The starting point depends entirely on what you're dealing with.

For founders who need clarity before anything else, there's the audit.

For organisations and larger projects, it starts with a conversation. If it feels like the right fit, I'll put together a bespoke proposal. If it isn't, I'll tell you that honestly too.

THE AUDIT

When the business is busy but something's off, it's nearly impossible to see it from the inside.

You're too close. Too in it. The systems that got you here have stopped working but you can't step back far enough to see why and every time you try, something else needs your attention.

That's not a discipline problem, it’s what happens when a business outgrows its own infrastructure.

WHAT IT IS

A half day. Just you, your business, and an outside set of eyes that have seen this before.

We start with a questionnaire that gets you thinking before we're even in the room together. Then we workthrough it, not to add more to your plate, but to map what's actually happening versus what you think is happening. Those two things are usually further apart than you'd expect.

You leave with three things: a clear map of how your business is currently operating, an honest report on where the friction is and why, and a straightforward answer to what actually needs to change.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER

The audit stands alone. You don't have to commit to anything beyond it.

But most people find that finally seeing it clearly makes the next step obvious. If that leads to further work together, we'll talk about what that looks like.

If it doesn't, you'll still leave knowing exactly where to focus.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You're capable and experienced but something in the business has stopped moving. You've made changes that haven't stuck. You know something's wrong but can't quite put your finger on what. You want an honest answer, not a comfortable one.

READY TO START

For founders

Start with the audit.

A clarity call first, a short conversation to make sure the audit is the right starting point.

If it is, we'll get it in the diary.

For organisations

Let's talk about your project.

If you're working on something bigger and this feels like the right kind of thinking for it reach out directly.

If it sounds like a project I'd want to be part of, we'll talk.
