Across private-equity backed fitness businesses, multi-site operations and leadership roles, I repeatedly saw the same issue:

My background
I’ve spent over a decade working across health, wellness, fitness and consumer brands, with a core focus on operations, systems, client experience and behaviour.
Most recently, I oversaw multi-site operations for a private-equity backed fitness brand, supporting 7 core sites, 400+ clients and large coaching teams across London.
My work included:
• driving client retention of up to 97%

• improving delivery, attendance and continuity
• supporting leadership teams through growth and change

Before this, my career spanned business development, operations, client experience, training and leadership across both fitness and large consumer brands.
