Business Consultancy Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients participating in online coaching services provided by Built By Her (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or accessing our services, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Definitions
• “Consultant” refers to Built By Her Ltd.
• “Client” refers to the individual or business engaging the Consultant.
• “Services” refers to the consultancy services described in the Statement of Work.
2. Services
The Consultant provides strategic business consultancy services, including identity-led audits, operational mapping, and strategic reporting.
The Consultant does not provide legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are as outlined in the Statement of Work.
Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. No Guarantee of Results
The Consultant provides insight, analysis, and recommendations only.
The Client remains responsible for implementation and business outcomes.
No specific financial, operational, or commercial results are guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:
• provide honest and accurate information
• attend scheduled sessions
• engage with the process in good faith
The Consultant is not responsible for outcomes where the Client fails to engage.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools remain the intellectual property of the Consultant.
The Client may use outputs for internal business purposes only. They may not:
• resell
• reproduce
• distribute
• teach the methodology without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.
The Consultant is not liable for:
• loss of profit
• business interruption
• indirect or consequential losses
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice.
Fees already paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
